Classes are priced at just £5 per week pay as you go, or you can pre-book your StreetDance classes here at the discounted rate of just £27.50 for 6 consecutive weeks.

Well look no further, our fab new StreetDance tutor teaches funky choreography as seen on TV, at the movies & in music videos – no course fees, just turn up. StreetDance is a great form of physical exercise for all ages with both boy’s & girls welcome, plus a great way to improve your dancing skills and become a member of a team.

StreetDance combines hip-hop and funk moves, performed to R&B tunes, hip-hop beats & chart music. It’s a great way to get your pulse racing, burn calories and learn some new moves to impress your friends.

You’ve seen the moves on Got To Dance, Britain’s Got Talent & Louis Spence’s Pineapple Showbusiness, now it’s your turn to get down and learn all those cool moves. You’ll learn to dance to all the latest chart music including; Pixie Lott, Calvin Harris, Maroon 5, Saturday’s, JLS, Rihanna, J Lo, David Guetta, Taio Cruz, Cheryl Cole & more

How much are the classes?

£5 per week pay as you go, or you can pre-book your StreetDance classes here at the discounted rate of just £27.50 for 6 consecutive weeks.

What ages do you start from?

Our children’s StreetDance classes are for ages 4 – 15 years. We have a team of teachers so we can split the classes into groups dependent on age.

Are there any boys taking part?

Absolutely. This class has lots of boys taking part and enjoying the funky StreetDance moves, in fact there’s probably just as many young men as there are girls.

Do i need to book?

No, just turn up on the night around 5mins beforehand

What shall I wear? Do I need dance shoes?

To start with just wear flat pumps/trainers/shoes, something comfortable – not flip flops or sandals. If you’re happy at dancing after a couple of weeks we strongly recommend proper dance shoes with a non-slip sole which are available from Donahey’s and Dancewear shops.

Clothing – smart casual, light clothing. Something ideal for dancing in.

Do we put on shows?

Yes, every so often we put on FREE shows for all our hundreds of pupils to join in. It’s live on a purpose built sound stage right in the centre of Ashton Under Lyne and we raise money for BBC Children In Need – the kids love it!!!

I’ve never danced before can I simply come along anytime or do I need to book?

All our classes are especially designed for beginners, simply book online or call and reserve your place.

What time shall I come along on my first week?

Try and arrive about 5mins early before the class starts, so that you can get signed up and meet your teacher.

How long does the class go on for?

One hour

Can parents wait?

Yes, there are waiting facilities available at all our venues, however we don’t allow parent ‘s to wait in the ballroom where the classes take place as this can be distracting. We have separate waiting lounge areas.

Will I take dance tests & receive Medals and certificates?

You’ll have the option to take Dance tests and if you are successful you’ll receive awards & certificates.

I’ve done a little dancing before, is it suitable?
