Our Salsacise class is a great way to learn these fabulous Latin dances in a fun relaxed environment without worrying about a partner. We haven’t changed the dances into an aerobics version, so you’ll learn the actual dance steps from the Salsa experts – put together into a 50-minute dance workout.

The dance steps are easy to learn so you can follow along and put some Latin attitude into your hip sway. Using a fun blend of sexy salsa dance moves you’ll burn the fat, keep fit and tone your body. Classes are priced at £25 for 5, starting from the first week you attend – book your places here online. You are also welcome to enrol on the evening and pay the fees in cash – just turn up around 10mins beforehand to book your places, please note though we are unable to accept credit/debit card or cheque payments on the night.

Once we receive your payment your place is confirmed and you can commence straight away. So you don’t miss out, if you are unable to attend your regular class you are more than welcome to come along to any one of our Salsacise or Dancercise classes that same week – it doesn’t matter which. Plus if you completely miss a week, you are always welcome to double up the following week – great options so you don’t miss out.
If you are planning a vacation holiday during your 5-weeks just let us know in advance, and we’ll carry those weeks forward for you. Unfortunately though, missed/lost weeks other than for vacation holidays are strictly non transferable.
As well as toning your arms, legs and torso Salsacise is a fantastic cardiovascular exercise, so it is great for building heart strength. Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages, weight and fitness levels that are willing to spend an hour with a difference. Salsacise may help you to burn the fat from the hips, thighs and stomach plus any other places where fat likes to hang around.
No fitness jargon, no references to dieting and slimming, no lecturing, just pure fun and feel good moves.
Each lesson will begin with a warm-up session followed by paced tempo movements and then end with a cooling off session. Who says you have to stick to boring exercise routines and workouts in order to stay in shape? If you like to dance and keep yourself toned, then Salsacise is the class for you!
No dancing experience or partners are required as the class will be lined up in a group. All you need do is to move your body to the rhythm of salsa music, exercise and have fun! Combining salsa dance and group exercise to improve your fitness level this class is for all ages and guaranteed fun.
Our Salsacise courses are especially designed for beginners, Salsacise is so simple to pick up that whether you have dancing experience or you are just a beginner, you will be able to follow through the easy dance steps and sway along to the rhythm of the catchy and upbeat Salsa & latin music.

No special footwear or clothes are required and you should wear what you feel is most comfortable, light clothing, trainers, jazz pumps or dance shoes. No high heels, flip flops, steel heels or toe caps please.
