Jowita Przystal latest news – During the Halloween results show, Jowita partnered Pro dancer Neil for a sensational performance with guest singer Rick Astley.
Sadly Jowita & Jody were the third couple to leave the competition. It may have been Jody’s birthday on week 4 but they were the only celebrations as their party Salsa was the last dance for Jody and reigning champion Jowita.
In 2022 Jowita partnered Wildlife cameraman and presenter Hamza Yassin all the way to lift The Glitter Ball Trophy – Winning the hearts of the nation with their amazing partnership. In the Grand Final the judges chose Ecuador for the couple to dance in the final and they did not let them down. Jowita and Hamza also “Face the Music and Dance” for their show dance. Hamza may have made a mistake but he carried on like a pro.
2022 was Jowita’s first series on Strictly Come Dancing with a celebrity partner, in 2021 Jowita appeared in the sensational pro group numbers.
Jowita Przystal and Michael Danilczuk were winners of BBC One’s The Greatest Dancer 2020, Strictly’s very own Oti Mabuse was their coach.

Jowita is originally from Poland, Jowita is now based in London.
Jody Cundy CBE, a highly esteemed World and Paralympic Champion, has represented the United Kingdom in seven consecutive Summer Paralympic Games. Throughout his athletic career, he has amassed a remarkable eight Gold, one Silver, and three Bronze medals in both swimming and cycling competitions.
Not limiting his triumphs to the Paralympics, Jody has also clinched 23 world titles, including his latest victory at this week’s World Cycling Championships in Glasgow.
Making history after the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics, Jody became the first male athlete from Paralympics GB to secure medals in seven different editions of the games. His academic accolades include an Honorary Doctorate in Health Sciences from Anglia Ruskin University in 2012, followed by an Honorary Master of Science degree from the University of Hertfordshire a month later.
In recognition of his contributions to disability sports, Jody was honoured with an MBE in 2009. This was later elevated to an OBE in 2017 for his achievements in both swimming and cycling, and in 2022, he was bestowed with a CBE for his contributions to the sport of cycling. Jody currently holds the world record for the Flying 200m and the 1km Time Trial and has secured 14 consecutive world titles in the MC4 Kilo Time Trial.
On joining Strictly, Jody said: “Excited to be welcomed into the Strictly family and throw myself head first into the world of ballroom dancing. So far away from what I’m used to, but I’m looking forward to the challenge and pushing myself way out of my comfort zone, especially as I’m always last onto the dance floor” Can’t wait to get stuck in, bring on the glitter and sequins!”.
Jowita was in a long-term relationship with her dance partner & boyfriend Michael Danilczuk.
Jowita and Michael met in 2013 at a summer dance camp in Krakow, Poland.
Apparently they didn’t like one another at first, but after spending a year in partnership they fell in love.

Jowita joined the Strictly family in Summer 2021.
